This was made for use in MRI units and other high voltage applications but is not soldered
so its possible to remove the vanes and plates to configure for lower Capacitance etc, as it stand it has one internal bearing and one external as that was the application request, we stock now a new version that's soldered and uses internal bearings,
Many of out customers are not exactly sure what they will need so use this capacitor to make simple prototypes as for example in one Magnetic application they was looking for about a 50pf maximum so this was good to chop and change the vanes to get the capacity and swing required
