These are a lower voltage (100V) of the popular old Hitachi Mosfets which are normally 140-160 volt.
They are full spec otherwise and if you are on a budget or have lower voltage units they will be fine
Unlike the original 2SK135/2SJ50 these parts contain 2 die.
The original application allowed you to parallell devices for higher power rating but this needed special metalwork and careful attention to lead length, the solution was to put two die inside one TO3 package saving time & money
